Alec has always been deeply interested in buildings, the environment, and the ways people interact with these elements. Excelling in math, science, and art during his early years, he initially considered pursuing a degree in architecture. However, after further exploration, he realized civil engineering better aligned with his goals. Alec began his academic journey at Cal Poly SLO, studying civil engineering for 2.5 years before discovering his true passion lay in construction. He subsequently earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.

While exploring career opportunities after graduation, Alec attended a career fair where he met Christi and was introduced to Projects, marking the start of his professional journey with the company. Alec takes pride in contributing to a team dedicated to creating spaces thoughtfully designed to meet their owners' needs. He is also committed to continuous learning and development in his field.

In his free time, Alec enjoys spending quality time with friends and family through game nights, as well as baking and cooking—hobbies that reflect his creative and detail-oriented nature.
